The samples have all been recorded by Philharmonia Orchestra players and are free to download and use, but please note:
You can use the samples to create any kind of musical composition, you can even share them with other people, but you cannot sell them. In other words, you have the right to use them, but they are not for re-sale.
This means that the samples are free to use for creative musical purposes. Even if you use them to create a No.1 selling CD (in fact we hope you do), we will not make any charges or any claim for royalties.
