99Sounds are back once more with this crazy collection of sound effects, deep tones and textures and glitches in The Weird Side Samples collection, produced by Johan Ekelove aka Introspectral. This first release from 99 Sounds’ Artist Series collection is a taste of what is to come from 99 Sounds who are rapidly establishing a name for themselves in the Sound Design arena.
This free sample library is made up of sounds taken from the album The Weird Side of the Mundane which has recently been published by Introspectral. You are strongly encouraged to visit the artist’s profile page linked in the article and take a listen to his music.
The author describes this sound collection as “a sonic exploration through hidden worlds afloat on a metaphysical plane”. I was blown away when Johan sent me a preview of these samples and I’m proud of the fact that this fantastic library is the first Artist Series release on 99Sounds. The included samples are sorted into six different folders which are Atmospheric, Textures, Movements, Vox, Percussive Elements and Tech and weighs in at 284mb when unpacked and includes 182 samples.
