Project Exodus is an epic free Kontakt library for electronic musicians, film score composers, sound designers and anyone else looking to add that earth-shattering cinematic feel to their music or video projects. The library was crafted by Bryan Lake aka Sound Author, who is the man behind our insanely popular Project Pegasus sound bank that was released in November 2014 and downloaded over 30,000 times so far.

The library is organized into three subfolders containing soundscapes, instruments and sequences. The patches have been fine tweaked and edited with great care, so all that’s left for you to do is to load the instrument on your computer and enjoy the ride.

The included patches cover a wide range of cinematic pads, huge soundscapes, drones, drum loops and epic sound effects. The looped sequences are labeled with BPM info for easier integration in your digital audio workstation of choice.

Project Exodus contains 127 instrument patches for Native Instruments Kontakt 5. The NKI patches are based on a custom scripted user interface that provides hands-on control over parameters like reverb, delay, filter and distortion.

To load a patch, simply drag and drop the NKI file into Kontakt, or use the built-in file browser.

Please note that the full version of Kontakt is required in order to use the patches without a time limit (this is a limitation of Kontakt Player itself). The library also contains a set of standard 24-bit stereo WAV files with loop markers, extending the list of compatible software to virtually all digital audio workstations and sampler instruments on the market.
